Edit your registered mobile number with Central Bank of India online. You may now update your registered mobile number with Central Bank of India without going to a branch. Customers of Central Bank of India who wish to update their connected cell phone number can do so online without having to file an offline request.

You must maintain your cell number current with your bank account to receive transaction-related OTPs and SMS notifications; otherwise, you won’t get any transaction alerts and won’t be able to complete any transactions without an OTP. The procedures below should be followed if your mobile number is already associated with your Central Bank of India account, and you wish to link a new mobile number to your bank account:

Online cell phone number changes for Central Bank of India accounts are possible. With net banking, you may link your new mobile number to your Central Bank of India account. If you have access to net banking, follow the instructions below to update your mobile number:

  1. Access Central Bank of India’s online banking by logging in and selecting “OPTIONS.” If you click “See Profile,” the “Mobile No” column will appear. To continue, simply click the “Update” button.
  2. On your current registered cell phone number, you will get an OTP. On the following screen, enter this OTP and then submit.
  3. Next, add your new 10-digit mobile number, 16-digit debit or ATM card number, ATM PIN, and the month and year of the card’s expiration, and then submit your request. Done! To get notifications and OTP, your cell phone number will be updated and enabled.

Customers of Central Bank of India may now update or modify their registered cell phone number online without having to go through an offline process. To change your number online, make sure you have net banking, your most recent registered mobile number, and an ATM or debit card. You must visit the bank to change your number if you don’t have your current registered mobile number.
