Unstructured Supplementary Service Data, often known as USSD, is the name given to the particular number or code. They are known as Quick codes, and they serve as a foundation for service provider firms’ computer and mobile phone applications for sending and receiving text messages.
How to Check Airtel Balance via SMS, Missed Call or USSD Code
It should be noted that USSD messages can contain up to 182 alphanumeric characters. An asterisk (*) sign precedes the first set of numbers in a standard USSD message, which include commands or data. It is then concluded with the hash sign (#). The commands or data in between may occasionally be separated by extra asterisks.
